We are planning to keep the web page until the next cavitation symposium, Cav2006, scheduled in 2006 in the Netherlands, and your papers are made open to public. We consider that the copyright totally belongs to the authors and if you wish to have it deleted for some reason, please let us know. To enhance communication among us, we would like to encourage you to make discussions directly with the authors of the papers.
